PAYMENT METHODS
Madame Rue's accepts PayPal payments and all major credit cards and e-checks through PayPal.
SALES TAX
Madame Rue's is required to charge AZ sales tax on all orders being delivered to an address within the state of Arizona. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and fees on orders shipped to any other state and out of country.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Madame Rue's reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
PRICE CHANGES
Prices are subject to change without notice as all prices are based on our supplier prices.
BACKORDER POLICY
When any item is put on backorder we will ship it out to you as soon as it becomes available. You will be notified immediately if any item in your order is on backorder. You may then choose to wait until it is available or have the purchase price of the item and any shipping charges associated with it refunded to you.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items. You must contact us within 10 days of receipt. No merchandise will be accepted, refunds given or replacements issued without prior approval.
PRIVACY POLICY
Madame Rue's does not share customer information with anyone. Your personal information will only be used by Madame Rue's in connection with orders or correspondence you initiate.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the Customs and Duty regulations of the country the package is being shipped to. We are not responsible for getting your items through customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to (a) pay all customs charges when applicable and (b) make sure all items they order can be received into their country.
It is the responsibility of the customer to understand all laws pertaining to purchased items and customers are solely responsible for lost or destroyed packages. Customer is also solely responsible for any legal action that may be taken resulting from the purchase of items that are illegal in their particular country or region.
SHIPPING POLICY
Madame Rue's ships via the US Postal Service.
Shipping within the U.S. is via First Class Mail. If you order more than can be shipped via First Class your order will be sent via Priority Mail. First Class and Priority Mail are included in your product price. If you need your order expedited it will be shipped via Express Mail and you will be charged for shipping.
International shipping is charged at the USPS postal rates for your country plus a handling fee that covers the administrative aspects of overseas shipping. We use the most economical shipping methods possible. If you are unsure what your shipping charges will be or think they are high, please contact us and we will give you a quote. If you need Priority or Express shipping please contact us for a quote.
Orders are processed as they are received. The time is takes to ship your order will depend on the size of your order and the number of orders before yours in the processing queue. Our stated shipping time is 7-10 business days after payment has cleared although at certain times of the year it may take longer.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. If you refuse the package upon arrival you will be credited the cost of the merchandise minus the restocking fee once the package has been returned to us. Shipping charges are not refundable.
